Terms and Conditions – Treble 7 Competitions Ltd
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in competitions operated by Treble 7 Competitions Ltd (Company Number: 15276569), referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”. Please read them carefully before entering any competition. Entry into any competition confirms your acceptance of these Terms.

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland.
2.2 Employees of Treble 7 Competitions Ltd, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not permitted to enter.
2.3 We reserve the right to carry out age and identity verification, and require valid photo identification.
2.4 We may disqualify entries where eligibility is not met.Section 3 – Entry Routes
3.1 Competitions may be entered via two main routes: Paid Entry and Free Postal Entry.
3.2 Paid Entry
Register an account on our website.
Choose a competition, answer the skill-based question correctly.
Purchase desired number of entries, subject to availability.
3.3 Free Postal Entry
You must register an account before sending an entry.
Send an unenclosed postcard with your;
full name
date of birth
postal address
email, phone number, and correct answer.
Address it to: 85 Great Portland, First Floor, London, W1W 7LT
Each postcard represents one entry. Entries must arrive before the Closing Date (see Section 5).

Section 4 – Skill-Based Questions
4.1 Each competition includes a question requiring skill, knowledge or judgment.
4.2 Only correct answers will be valid for entry.
4.3 We reserve the right to disqualify any incorrect or incomplete entry.Section 5 – Entry Limits and Availability
5.1 Each competition will specify:
Maximum number of total entries.
Any per-user entry limit.
5.2 Once all available entries are sold, the competition will close automatically.
Section 6 – The Draw
6.1 Traditional Draws
All valid entries are entered into a draw using a secure, independent random number generator.
Draws will be broadcast live on our social media channels.
6.2 Instant Wins
Pre-selected winning numbers are set before launch.
If your number matches, you win instantly.
Prizes not claimed before the closing date are forfeited.
The fewer remaining entries as the competition progresses, the higher your chances to hit an unclaimed instant win.
6.3 All draws are guaranteed to take place on the advertised date, even if the competition has not sold out (see Section 11).
Section 7 – Winners
7.1 Winners will be notified by email and/or phone using the details from their account.
7.2 We may publish winners’ names and county unless anonymity is requested.
7.3 If we cannot contact the winner within 28 days, we reserve the right to redraw.
7.4 Full winner confirmation and publication will occur within 7 days of the draw.Section 8 – Prizes
8.1 Prizes will be clearly described on the relevant competition page.
8.2 If the prize is a vehicle:We will cover delivery within mainland UK.
Winner must arrange vehicle tax, insurance, and registration.
Transfer of ownership will follow standard DVLA procedure.
Section 9 – Refunds and Cancellations
9.1 Paid entries are non-refundable once submitted.
9.2 If a competition is cancelled by us, we will refund all paid entries. (Section 10).
9.3 Refunds are not available for incorrect answers or ineligible participants.Section 10 – Cancellations and Force Majeure
10.1 We may cancel or extend a competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
10.2 Examples include technical failures, legal changes, natural disasters, and events described in Annex B – Force Majeure.Section 11 – Valid Entries
11.1 Only entries received before the Closing Date will be valid.
11.2 If an entry is drawn that was not sold or is ineligible, another number will be drawn until a winner is found.
11.3 All paid and free entries have equal chance of winning.Section 12 – Fair Play and Disqualification
12.1 Entries may be disqualified for:
Incomplete or incorrect data
Use of automated tools or bulk submissions
Multiple accounts from the same person
Attempting to bypass the entry process
12.2 We reserve the right to void entries that we suspect violate the spirit of the competition.
Section 13 – Liability and Responsibility
13.1 We are not liable for:
Failure of entries to be received
Technical errors or system failures
Delays or issues from postal or courier services
13.2 Our liability is limited to the value of the prize awarded.

A2. One postcard per entry.

A4. Late, illegible or bulk entries will not be accepted.

All competitions are run in good faith and with the intention of awarding prizes fairly.
Prizes are described as accurately as possible; variations in appearance or specifications may occur.
E2. Refund Policy
All paid entries are final and non-refundable unless the competition is cancelled by Treble 7 Competitions Ltd.
If a refund is issued, it will be made to the original payment method within 7 working days.
No refunds will be issued for:
Incorrect answers
Ineligible entries
Missed deadlines or disqualified entries
